Black Arts Movement Audio Archive

The Black Arts Movement Audio Archive is the the first of its kind to preserve the voices of the artists and activists critical to the Black Arts Movement of the 1960s and 1970s through in-depth interviews. This series complements other available archival materials available on-line and through libraries and universities. This series will also feature conversations with scholars whose recent work on the Black Arts Movement has deepened our understanding of this era. This ongoing series will debut in February 2018.
